/wp-content/plugins/startweb-chat-badgedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Go to Settings > StartWeb Chat Button & Messaging Badge and configure your phone number, texts, colors and working hours.

Does it work with cache plugins?

The badge status is refreshed through a REST endpoint with no-cache headers. This helps keep the online/offline status updated even when pages are cached.

Can I hide the badge on mobile?

Yes. There is an option in the settings page to hide the badge on mobile devices.
