Sawir Pulse shows visitors what is genuinely happening in your store, as small corner notifications:
- Recent orders — “Rina from Jakarta bought Batik Tote · 12 mins ago · Verified order”
- Live viewers — “4 people are viewing this product right now”
- Reviews — snippets from your approved 4–5 star product reviews
Every notification comes from real activity. There is no option to invent purchases or inflate numbers — fake social proof is deceptive to shoppers and a legal risk for store owners, so Sawir Pulse simply does not do it. A brand-new store shows live viewer and review activity from day one, and purchase notifications appear as real orders come in.

How does it compare to alternatives?

Most social-proof tools — TrustPulse, NotificationX, Fomo — are more configurable, and several let you compose notifications by hand or run as a hosted service. Sawir Pulse takes a stricter position: every notification comes from a real order, real viewers, or a real review, there is no option to fabricate activity, and everything runs on your own site with no external service. If you need cross-platform campaigns or elaborate targeting rules, a hosted platform serves that well; if you want social proof you can defend to your customers and to regulators, that constraint is the product.

Can I create custom or fake notifications?

No, and this is deliberate. Fabricated social proof misleads shoppers and can violate consumer-protection law. Sawir Pulse only ever shows real orders, real viewers, and real reviews.

What customer data is shown?

At most a first name and city from the billing address, alongside the product purchased. Enable “Hide customer names” to show “Someone from Jakarta” instead. Viewer counts are computed from a short-lived salted hash — no IP addresses or personal data are stored.

My store is new and has no orders. What will visitors see?

Live viewer counts and review snippets, if you have them. Purchase notifications appear automatically once real orders exist. If there is no real activity yet, nothing is shown — which is exactly as it should be.
