About this Plugin
KlickTipp brings email marketing automation to WordPress with native forms, tagging logic, and conversion analytics. Build opt-in forms directly in WordPress, connect them to your KlickTipp account, and automatically tag subscribers based on form field values and engagement signals — no third-party form builder required.
Use it to:
- Create and manage multiple opt-in forms with a visual editor
- Connect forms to KlickTipp lists, tags, and automation processes
- Apply static and rule-based tags from form field values
- Pre-define form inputs using URL parameters, default values, and hidden fields
- Track key conversion metrics (views, submits, confirmed opt-ins)

Prerequisites
Make sure you have a KlickTipp Premium subscription or higher so that you have access to the API.

Option A: Upload via wp-admin (recommended for testing)
- Compress the
klicktipp-pluginfolder into a.zipfile:- Mac: Right-click the folder Compress “klicktipp-plugin”
- Windows: Right-click the folder Send to Compressed (zipped) folder
- Command line:
zip -r klicktipp-plugin.zip klicktipp-plugin/
- In your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins Add New Plugin Upload Plugin.
- Choose the
.zipfile and click Install Now. - Click Activate Plugin.
Option B: Manual FTP/SFTP upload
- Upload the
klicktipp-pluginfolder to/wp-content/plugins/on your server. - In your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins and activate KlickTipp.
After activation
- Open Settings KlickTipp in wp-admin.
- Connect your KlickTipp account.
- Create a form and embed it via shortcode or block.
