Tried to contact them many times about a bug in the responsive design and no response. I am sure I won't buy any other plugin made by them ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/d8e35da76bf1e2959827bcf8b6b353b6319f38440498908ae2b0a394501931fd? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Don’t buy the PRO version](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/dont-buy-the-pro-version-6/)󠁿 [zodianz](https://profiles.wordpress.org/zodianz/) 6 Tháng 2, 2019 I bought the Pro version off their website, never got a download link for it. I emailed the support email given, they said I should get another email with the link. Never got it, but they sure ran off with my $11. I emailed them a total of three times, but they never responded after the first. I had to go out of my way and file a complaint with PayPal to try and get my money back. So now I have to wait and see if I have to escalate the situation or not. ALL I WANT IS THE PRO VERSION TO USE ON MY WEBSITE! PLEASE GIVE ME WHAT I BOUGHT! ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/f798719f33860f412b986f69f68775f69261d62bd75d46060b56059f422616c0? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Just amazing with new version](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/just-amazing-with-new-version/)󠁿 [rajuthemes](https://profiles.wordpress.org/rajuthemes/) 12 Tháng 12, 2017 Wow plugin got updated and it works fantastic. I have buyed the pro version, and they mention on their site, support 24/7. What a trap! But then I have some small problems to implement. Tried and wait for months, all the ways to reach the developer for help, no response. Also the plugin is not updating and I found no way to download the updated version. Still, is a nice useful plugin and with support, it worth 4- 5 stars. If you are lucky, the plugin works as it is. If not… ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/c111789b06b865ff5c4db176d06c309ddadf39982b082b12956e603e2e8d9a4d? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Tried it.](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/could-not-get-to-work-2/)󠁿 [ohkevmanaol](https://profiles.wordpress.org/ohkevmanaol/) 26 Tháng 3, 2017 Not bad. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/e4d8fdf4cba8ee5f3448157f7c1dc1493eb03aa8eae8aadfcccb07562d18aaf4? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Amazing Hover Effects!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/amazing-hover-effects/)󠁿 [gogetter24](https://profiles.wordpress.org/gogetter24/) 3 Tháng 9, 2016 I am so excited to use this on every projects we are going to make.
