It's a simple plugin and I had great customer service response when I asked a question. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/6d3cb30031afb19a0ed74205eaf59b083bd0874ca25110a9cc978332e18a0aa0? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Simple and helpful](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/simple-and-helpful-41/)󠁿 [johnespindola](https://profiles.wordpress.org/johnespindola/) 11 Tháng 5, 2023 1 trả lời I am testing it and it is very easy to use. The only thing I think it would need is a notification system for new questions on the dashboard. The email notifications can fail at some point and it would be good to leave at least a log of new questions( something like what Flamingo does with CF7). ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/18c0015ad70dbb0c28d93365a181fb24cf959cdc9d87592bea9b980f6fd41973? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[solved so quickly, thanks](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/solved-so-quickly-thanks/)󠁿 [wilesco](https://profiles.wordpress.org/wilesco/) 14 Tháng 9, 2022 solved so quickly, thanks ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/7de5fa7bc2072737975a44b80e9822ce16e97cdc1baf08e5d61a2a1157702fff? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Plugin is good but needs update](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-is-good-but-needs-update/)󠁿 [mirzayan](https://profiles.wordpress.org/mirzayan/) 30 Tháng 5, 2022 The plugin is good but needs to be updated with the latest version of WordPress & the UI can be improved. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/459ef49caf9c6ac43069f5a185a5d83d79dbae3a17d0100c6b172bbb6fd6b5eb? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Great support](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/great-support-4068/)󠁿 [nrgytrading](https://profiles.wordpress.org/nrgytrading/) 31 Tháng 1, 2022 Quick support for minor changes etc. Nice developer.
