- Click “Activate Plugin”

- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

The first time I checked the box, it worked but eventually the title came back, so it doesn't work. Perhaps because it is not up to date with the latest version of WP. I'm disappointed, I really thought I found a plugin extremely simple and that works.
