This plugin connects your WordPress site to the **Fala service** (hosted at [fala.elav8.ai](https://fala.elav8.ai)). After you activate it and paste your agent key: 1. Open **Settings Fala Agent** 2. Paste the **agent key** from your [Fala dashboard](https://fala.elav8.ai) (Build Widgets, or the install guide) 3. Save — your agent appears on every public page No theme file edits. Survives theme updates. Works with most caching plugins (purge cache after install if the agent does not appear immediately). #### Requirements * A free or paid [Fala](https://fala.elav8.ai) workspace * Your widget **agent key** (public embed key) #### External service This is a SaaS connector. No script is injected until a key is present. Go to **Settings Fala Agent** and paste your agent key from the Fala dashboard 5. Yes. The dashboard can download a pre-configured zip of this same plugin with your key filled in. After I gave it my domain it was able to learn most of what it needed from our webpages. I had it on a site and working within a couple of minutes, without having to build every answer from scratch. I also liked that you can go back through real conversations, see what people are asking, and keep making the agent smarter as you go.
